Luther Burbank School District is dedicated to Engaging, Educating, and Empowering our students.  Ongoing feedback among our educational partners is key to ensuring that our students thrive. To help us monitor our progress, we gather feedback on the goals set out in our Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The LCAP is our school district plan in which we set and monitor goals, share performance data, and gather input as we implement actions.

We are currently heading into year two of our plan and gathering community input.  We have met with teachers, classified staff, students, and parents, and education partners for their feedback and ideas.
