Join the LBSD Governing Board! At a scheduled Special Board Meeting on October 30, 2024 at 5:30 pm, in the school library, 4 Wabash, San Jose, CA 95128, the Luther Burbank School District Board of Trustees will interview qualified applicants for appointment to the LBSD Governing Board. Application deadline is 4:00 p.m., Monday, October 28, 2024. The application process includes completing the application for appointment which includes the applicant’s background, and responses to questions explaining why the applicant is interested in becoming a member of the LBSD Governing Board. The application can be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent located at 4 Wabash, San Jose, CA 95128, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the District’s website, or by calling 408-295-1814. All applications must be on file in the LBSD Superintendent’s office no later than Monday, October 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in hardcopy or by email to Lupe Ruiz at lruiz@lbsdk8.org. Qualified applicants must be 18 or older, a registered voter and a resident of the Luther Burbank School District attendance area.
